I am so pleased and excited to have the opportunity
of being the project coordinator for Madison
Summit. It allows me to do the work I enjoy the
most and utilize the skills and experience I have
gained over the last 25 years working in real estate. From the time I built my
first tree house I have been intrigued with building and watching a project
evolve from foundation to finished product. This love of watching things grow
as well as the chance to work outdoors was the perfect springboard into my
career path of on-site sales and custom plan consulting.
I believe that knowledge is the foundation of any work we do and that to be an
effective sales representative you should know your product from the ground
up. I have worked extensively on construction sites for over 20 years and
participated in all phases of the construction process from lot and plan
selection, plan modification and specifications, amenities and product selection,
to coordination of change orders, work orders, and many other duties required
to bring a house to completion.
One valuable thing I’ve learned is to listen to you, the buyer and encourage the
builder to be responsive to new product and style ideas that compliment your
changing lifestyles. In Madison Summit our emphasis is on lifestyle and we will
be implementing many of the best ideas that buyers have shared with me over
