For your convenience, the Home Owner's Association will be responsible for all
commons areas maintenance, including lawns and landscaping. Neighborhood
amenities such as sidewalks, street lamps, the front gate and perimeter fence as
well as the clubhouse are maintained by the Association.
The fee for these benefits is $100 per month and also includes trash pick-up.
